•Two positions in Defect Metrology Group, responsible for Defect metrology tool demonstration and installation.
•Two positions in Quality and Reliability Group, responsible for circuit level reliability improvement and automation tracking system development.
•One position in Micro-contamination Group, responsible to work with facility construction group, tool installation group and manufacturing group on protocol management.
Qualifications:
•Major in Electronics, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent background.
